In the winter of 2013, I read the book CLEAN by Alejandro Junger. I realized some parts of my lifestyle were in need of a transformation, and so I began a 28 day detox. The detox period was an awakening experience. It helped me change the way I viewed food, and helped me establish a more balanced lifestyle with more exercise, daily meditation, and better sleeping habits. Following the detox, I became interested in essential oils as a natural aid for improving health.
In 2008, my son was diagnosed with a condition called HSP which weakened his immune system. During the winter months, he would come down with a cold that would last four to six weeks. He would need a pharmaceutical prescription to aid in eliminating the cold and his other ailments.
When my son caught a cold in 2013, I decided to use an essential oils protocol to aide him back to health. Within three days of using the oils, my son was better and able to return to school.
Philosophy of Healing
In recent years, I have seen how being conscience of my body, soul, and mind makes a huge impact on my life. I do this by getting enough exercise, sleep, meditation, healthy foods, and using essential oils. My partner and I have shared our experience with others and have seen how their lives have become better. This transformation in myself and others motivates me to offer assistance and educate more individuals interested in learning about healthier options, including the use of essential oils in their daily lives.
