Join Niki Pappas (Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Yoga teacher, Bodyworker) and fellow seekers for learning, sharing, and discussion. Share helpful tips and specific practices to embrace each moment and move toward the future, guided by your unique goals and values.
Class will include presentation, interaction, and brief guided meditation.
