Weekly Kundalini Yoga Classes

Kundalini Yoga, also known as the yoga of awareness, is an ancient science of self-healing that uses:

  • breath-work (pranayam)
  • yoga postures (asana)
  • sound (mantra) and
  • meditation

to revitalize the body, balance the mind, and stimulate spiritual awareness.

No prior experience with Kundalini yoga is necessary.

Dates and Times:


  • Tuesdays  9:30 -11:oo am – with Patricia Sullivan
  • Saturdays 9:00-10:30 am – with Carla Faletti
  • Sundays 8:30 – 9:45 am  starting March 10 – with Patricia Sullivan
