Weekly Kundalini Yoga Classes
Kundalini Yoga, also known as the yoga of awareness, is an ancient science of self-healing that uses:
- breath-work (pranayam)
- yoga postures (asana)
- sound (mantra) and
to revitalize the body, balance the mind, and stimulate spiritual awareness.
No prior experience with Kundalini yoga is necessary.
Dates and Times:
- Tuesdays 9:30 -11:oo am – Patricia Sullivan (with the gong)
- Wednesdays 7-8:30 pm – Carla Faletti (for beginners)
- Saturdays 9:00-10:30 am or 11:00 am-12:30 pm – Carla Faletti
- Sundays 9:00-10:30 am – Patricia Sullivan (with the gong)
