Kundalini Yoga, also known as the yoga of awareness, is an ancient science of self-healing that uses:
- breath-work (pranayam)
- yoga postures (asana)
- sound (mantra) and
to revitalize the body, balance the mind, and stimulate spiritual awareness.
No prior experience with Kundalini yoga is necessary.

- Saturdays 9:00-10:30 am – with Carla Faletti
- Sundays 8:30 – 9:45 am starting March 10 – with Patricia Sullivan
