Weekly Kundalini Yoga Classes
Kundalini Yoga, also known as the yoga of awareness, is an ancient science of self-healing that uses:
- breath-work (pranayam)
- yoga postures (asana)
- sound (mantra) and
to revitalize the body, balance the mind, and stimulate spiritual awareness.
No prior experience with Kundalini yoga is necessary.
Dates and Times:
- Tuesdays 9:30 -11:oo am (with the gong)
- Wednesdays 7-8:30 pm (for beginners) – ON PAUSE FOR AUGUST
- Saturdays 9:00-10:30 am (with the gong)
