Kundalini Yoga Overview: 6 Week Series
Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness. Through movement, deep relaxation, and meditation we remember who we truly are: bountiful, beautiful and blissful beings, always!
Each week we will gently explore a different component of a kundalini yoga practice: sound, relaxation, breath, posture, meditation, and the kundalini energy.
The best way to determine if this practice is for you is to try it! Bring an open mind and wear comfortable clothes. We have yoga mats, blankets, and cushions.

6 Wednesdays 7:00 – 8:30 pm: 2/27/19 – 4/3/19
Classes are $60 for the 6 week series. Or $12 per class. Cash or check only please.
