Introduction to Kundalini Yoga:  6 Week Series

Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness. Through movement, sound, deep relaxation, and meditation we realize who we truly are: bountiful, beautiful, and blissful beings, always!

The first two classes in this series are donation-based. All money collected supports The Healing Space. The remaining four classes are $12 each. Cash or check only please.

The best way to determine if this practice is for you is to try it! Bring an open mind and wear comfortable clothes.
