Integrative Nutrition Coaching
Integrative Nutrition is an approach to health and happiness that encompasses much more than diet and exercise – that’s because the way we take care of ourselves is intimately connected to how we feel about ourselves, our relationships with others, our work, and even our spirituality.
Integrative nutrition coaching is about helping you become aware of these connections so that you can make more conscious choices in the short and long term. In fact, I sometimes refer to it as Conscious Living Coaching!
We can call it whatever you like, but ultimately, this approach puts you in charge of your own wellness, acknowledging your unique self-expertise, encouraging honest self-monitoring and reflection, and offering opportunities for you to experiment so that you can direct the change in your life, moving forward on your desired path.
